Spanish Lakes regulations help
protect all the residents
May 7, 2006
Letter to the editor:
Spanish Lakes' residents
who refuse to adhere to some simple rules put in place by the management
for the welfare and comfort of all 1,300-plus residents should try
living in other manufactured home parks that apparently have no rules.
I don't want to live next
to someone with carport roofs dangling, cats running loose (especially
in a section designated "no pets") and rusted, old cars and boats that
haven't run in 20 years, not to mention trash everywhere.
The management has areas
designated as pet sections, and a map is available to anyone who asks
prior to buying a home.
Hurricane season is only
six weeks away, and Wilma was six months ago. I don't want my home to be
hit and damaged by carports, siding and roofs from other homes from
which any strong wind will send debris flying.
My hat is off to Wynne
Brothers for enforcing those rules that protect all the homeowners in
the complex.
